Job Description

• We are recruiting an organized Marketing Officer to advertise and sell our hotel services and products.


• As Marketing Officer, you will generate unique sales plans, create engaging advertisement plans, emails, and promotional literature. developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.


• You will represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness / bottomline by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.


• We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.


• You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the hotels existing and new services/products to the market


• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and identifying market trends


• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.


• Implementing new sales and advertising plans


• Source for corporate client leads


• Maintaining relationships with clients by conducting regular check ins, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities


• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal, and professional networks.

Requirements

• HND, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales..


• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing


• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.


• The ability to work under pressure


• Digitally savvy


• Proven experience with digital marketing.

Salary

N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
