Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
Develop and organize cloud systems.
Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
Research, analyze and plan the establishment of innovative technologies and present suggestions for upgrades to improve the existing or replace the legacy physical and out-of-lifecycle virtual workloads and technologies.
Participate in analyzing and evaluating the global cloud, virtualization, and security systems, and related processes to ensure that the technical objectives are consistent with the long-term company strategy.
Participate in the scoping, advise on the design, and lead the execution phases of the various IT projects affecting the overall security, availability, and reliability of cloud-native and other virtualized systems and services. Proactively identify future capacity requirements, define, and implement appropriate performance thresholds per the Tiering-levels definition for project-driven solutions prior to the solution acceptance for operations handover.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
10 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
Demonstrated knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes
Experience as a team lead preferred.
Experience with OCI, Azure, AWS and VMWare enterprise implementations
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments Knowledge of all components of an technical architecture
Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies
Strong understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server systems
