Job Description



We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our client, a luxury fashion brand in Lagos.


Responsibilities


Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring timely reminders.


Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including screening calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence.


Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.


Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended by the CEO, and ensure follow-up actions are documented and completed.


Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and confidential files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.


Assist the CEO in overseeing various projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and liaising with team members to ensure objectives are met.


Plan and execute special events and client meetings, including coordinating logistics, guest lists, and catering arrangements.


Conduct research where necessary, to provide the CEO with relevant information for strategic decision-making.


Assist in managing expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.


Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.


Build and maintain positive relationships with internal team members, clients, retail partners, and other stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the CEO and various parties.


Provide additional support and assistance to the CEO as needed, including personal tasks and errands.


Update on tasks given.

Employee Benefits



  • A fixed monthly NET income of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (₦150,000)

  • Access to an Official Phone. A telephone allowance of ₦5,000 will be given monthly.

  • Access to a maximum of 10 leave days each working year with clearance from the Management upon completion of 12 months of full-time employment.

  • Loan application upon the completion of 12 months of full-time employment.

  • The working hours are 10.00am - 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
