Job Duties

• Editorial Corrections: Demonstrate a professional understanding of editorial marks and symbols to implement necessary corrections effectively.


• Design Creation: Utilize design software such as Adobe PageMaker, InDesign, and CorelDraw to create engaging images and layouts for books and texts.


• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually compelling and align with the brand’s aesthetic and standards.


• File Management: Maintain an organized directory of all text files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.


• Collaboration: Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to ensure the design aligns with the content and promotional strategies.


• Design Adaptation: Adapt designs for different formats, such as digital, print, and mobile, ensuring optimal readability and visual impact across all platforms.


• Layout Design and Formatting: Design and arrange the layout of print and digital materials, ensuring optimal placement of text, images, and other elements for readability and aesthetics.


• Design Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create, edit, and enhance graphic materials.


• Meeting Deadlines and Prioritizing Tasks: Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.
