Job Requirements

• Knowledge of generator maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of synchronous panels of power and generator troubleshooting


• Knowledge of ATS panels and breaker and troubleshooting.


• Volumetric and horizontal form fill packing machine and Multi-head packing machine maintenance and troubling shooting with PLC-based machines


• Instrumentation knowledge


• Knowledge of PLC – Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Delta


• Knowledge of Drives troubleshooting and programming of Delta, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Danfoss, ABB, and Mitsubishi.


• Knowledge of Metal detector maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of Burner for dryers maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of 200 KVA and above UPS maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of Utility equipment like Air Compressors, Nitrogen plants, Chillers maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of twin screw (snack food) extruder and single screw (snack food) extruder maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of popcorn kettle maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Handling 3rd party vendors and maintaining the relations with them.


• Knowing zero breakdowns and how to achieve the same.


• Zero downtime due to NEPA/GENERATOR problem.


• Daily inspection and update of the equipment/machine.


• To know the maintenance plan schedule, make sure the jobs are executed by the team and update the records and history cards.


• Knowledge of wastage control due to machine issues.


• Continuous monitoring of the machine/ equipment for better improvement while in operation.


• Data collection and recording of the maintenance issues


• Having knowledge of Safe working culture.


• Knowledge of preventive maintenance.


• Planning of service of the equipment


• Follow the Scheduled preventive maintenance plan without deviation.


• Planning and indenting the spare parts required for the preventive maintenance.


• Continuous improvement of maintenance strategy to get the high efficiency from the machine/equipment.

Qualification

• Minimum educational standard: Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Tech., and HND in Engineering either Electrical or Mechanical related.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years on hands experience on all the Electrical jobs. Also, Professional Certifications will be an added advantage.
