Responsibilities

• Lead a team of investment advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional investment advisory services to our clients.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and corporate entities, understanding their unique investment goals and risk profiles.


• Provide expert investment advice and develop tailored investment strategies that align with clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons.


• Conduct thorough market research, stay updated with industry trends, and perform in-depth analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.


• Collaborate with research analysts and portfolio managers to evaluate investment options, optimize asset allocation, and design diversified portfolios.


• Monitor and analyze investment performance, providing regular updates and performance reports to clients, ensuring their portfolios are aligned with their objectives.


• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all investment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.


• Participate in business development activities, including client acquisition, networking events, and marketing initiatives to expand our client base and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are strongly preferred.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment advisory or portfolio management, preferably within a fintech or capital investment company.


• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset management strategies.


• Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving investment targets.


• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and team members.


• Proficiency in financial software and tools, along with a solid understanding of technological advancements in the fintech industry
