Job Description



  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with wholesalers of healthcare and skincare products to drive sales and maximize revenue.

  • You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and promote our products effectively.

  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the health and beauty sector.


Principal Duties / Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.

  • Identify and prioritize potential wholesalers of healthcare and skincare products in the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about the features and benefits of our products.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesalers to maximize profitability and revenue.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments, product updates, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare and skincare products.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our reach.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration / Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare and skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals and driving results.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.

  • Residency in or near Tradefair, Lagos.
