  • Lead in negotiation with various Brands, Original Electronics Manufacturers (OEMs) and Vendors to achieve business plans and objectives

  • Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and ensure timely delivery of products

  • Lead all Category channels in achieving the sustainable growth and assigned target for the business as set for the different categories.

  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and logistics providers

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks

  • Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in supply chain operations

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team


Requirements



  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

  • Professional certification is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or in a senior supply chain management role

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices

  • Experience in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
