Job Description
The Relationship Manger will be responsible for providing banking solutions which meet the Affluent Banking customers’ needs in accordance with the business segment’s value proposition.
- Attract and Retain Affluent Banking customers as per the criteria outlined in the segment value proposition.
- Follow up to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service received.
- Interact and build strong working relationships with Corporate and Investment Banking colleagues to entrench the holistic customer relationship with the bank.
- Interact frequently and build strong working relationships with enabler and fulfilment functions (including credit specialists, product specialists and wealth specialists) to shorten turnaround times.
- Contributes towards the achievement of established marketing goals/objectives through implementation of marketing strategies and plans within the assigned area of jurisdiction.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and deepens existing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs.
- Actively supporting the team’s client retention strategies by providing excellent service to customers.
- Serve as the primary daily service contact for the clients.
- Track and maintain customer data/information.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
- Interface with relevant Business Units to resolve challenges facing Affluent Banking customers.
