Responsibilities
Ensures utmost utilization and update of customer data base.
Develops on-going profitable relationships with customers and continually maintaining a professional image of the company.
Provides information on potential/ new customers.
Plans activity-based journeys efficiently and provides all relevant reports to the supervisor timely and appropriately.
Assists in the implementation of business development marketing strategies, plans, policies and procedures to increase profitability.
Supports in enhancing market presence and competitive performance of all company products/ services.
Supports the overall marketing objectives of ICNL both externally and internally
Disseminates information about the promotions/ events, such as: the type to be planned, the target audience, the size of the event, the time frame and the proposed budget
Assists in assessing and conducting market research to determine the marketing potential of new and existing business locations, available customers and makes recommendations to Head, Marketing
Plans and prioritizes personal marketing activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving agreed targets and growing own customer portfolio
Makes marketing calls, responds to and follow up on marketing enquiries
Communicates internally and externally using appropriates methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Conducts market research and analysis of market performance of company products to monitor customer preferences/ satisfaction and identify new markets for all company products
Works with head, marketing and business area teams to conceptualize and develop new service lines based on market research
Obtains and records customers’ complaints and follows up to ensure prompt resolution
Organizes and maintains customer files/ records system, filling correspondence and other documentation
Reports to the Head, Marketing on all marketing activities including progress on achievement of set targets
Any other assignment that may be required of you from time to time.
Qualifications
B.sc in Marketing or any other related field, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
