We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position is open to National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members who are looking to gain practical work experience in a professional environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide general administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinate logistics as required.

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.


Requirements:



  • Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
