We are a human resources outsourcing firm looking to welcome a skilled Data Entry Officer to join our internal team.

Job Summary

Create, maintain and update databases. Input and retrieve data from databases. Transfer physical records into a digital filing system. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data/information.

Key Functions

• Support the Payroll Team in their activities.


• Accurately input and maintain sensitive data/information within databases.


• Identify, prepare, compile, sort data and documents for data entry.


• Maintain invoices, statements, reports, documents, employee and client data.


• Correct errors and organize information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.


• Create accurate spreadsheets.


• Enter and update information into relevant databases.


• Back up data.


• Audit data accuracy.


• Generate periodic reports.


• Store hard and soft copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.


• Handle additional duties as required by the company from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent (minimum)


• Good command of English both oral and written 


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


• Excellent data entry, data cleaning, and strong numeric skills.


• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy


• Report writing


• Basic understanding of databases.


• Customer service skills
