  • We are looking for a full-time organized and experienced storekeeper who can handle all stocks and inventory and ensure store maintenance. Our ideal candidate can multitask, have a learning aptitude, robust organizational skills and strong attention to detail while remaining professional with customers.

  • We are looking for a customer-service oriented professional who can manage inventories, restock supplies, maintain inventory-related records and report damaged inventories for record-keeping.

  • Also, we expect our storekeepers to have hands-on experience using inventory management and material management software to perform all job-related duties. Our firm is rapidly growing, with several opportunities for professional growth.

  • Storekeepers keep stock of inventory and manage all operations in the store. From ordering, receiving to managing inventory, these professionals ensure safe custody of all store-related inventory.


Apart from this, a storekeeper performs various day-to-day activities:



  • Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company

  • Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation

  • Manage the store layout

  • Supervise other staff members and keep a record of sales

  • Receive, upload and shelf all supplies

  • Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods

  • Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage

  • Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement

  • Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities

  • Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment

  • Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store

  • Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month

  • Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase

  • Generate a material received report (MRR) timely

  • Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment

  • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time

  • Skills to operate common office equipment
