Roles and Responsibilities

• Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan


• Schedule payments with customers toward reducing the overdue/outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent


• 2 to 4 years experience as a Collections Officer


• Experience in a Healthcare, HealthTech sector is required


• Sound Numeracy and Analytical skills


• Result Oriented


• Good communication and interpersonal skills
