Job Summary



  • Be up to date with industry and company knowledge.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of clients for our projects.

  • Develop high-end presentation tools and skills to close transactions, etc.


Responsibilities



  • Build relationship with clients to promote our projects.

  • Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.

  • Promote quality relationships among our clients.

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practice.

  • Achieve established performance within the specific time frame.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Candidate should possess an HND / B.SC in any Discipline.

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Real Estate company will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and customer relationship management (CRM).


Remuneration



  • Salary ranges from N1,500,000 to N3,000,000 p/a.

  • Monthly Bonus and Incentives.

  • 15% to 31% commission on each transaction.

  • Access to Local and International Training.
