Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including service standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and manage staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs.
Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and service.
Requirements:
Proven experience (X years) in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, preferably in casual dining.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
