As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top-tier talent to join our organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans.

  • Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates through various channels.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting.

  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
