 About the role


 We are looking for an experienced ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele for a Health-Tech Start-up.


You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.


The goal is to drive sustainable business growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Job Responsibilities 



  • Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, emerging trends, and customer needs.

  • Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to showcase our products/services.

  • Effectively promote our company's products/services, tailoring them to address or predict clients' objectives.

  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.

  • Provide reliable feedback and exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Develop and mentor entry-level staff, providing guidance and training to transform them into valuable sales professionals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.


 Qualifications



  • 4-5 years Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience in customer support is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM)

  • Proficiency in English

  • Healthcare Industry/Market knowledge

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Time management and planning skills

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

  • Ability to Multitask and function under pressure.

  • Experience in the health-tech industry  in similar roles would be a requirement., preferably in start-ups.

  • A very positive attitude toward work
