We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. As the Quality Control Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout our production process. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities



  • Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the quality control team

  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process

  • Create and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality issues

  • Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues

  • Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and results

  • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field

  • Proven experience working in a quality control role in the food and beverages industry

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
