Responsibilities:



As a Confidential Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support and maintaining confidentiality in all matters. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:



  • Managing and coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

  • Drafting and preparing official documents, memos, and reports.

  • Organizing and maintaining records and files.

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.

  • Assisting with financial documentation and budget tracking.

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies


Requirements



  • HND/B.Sc/M.Sc in Secretariat Studies / Business Administration or related discipline .

  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience as a confidential secretary or similar role.

  • Proven track record of handling confidential information discreetly.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
