Job Description
Champion Ocean Freight As a Product (OFAP) sales via OnePort 365's platform to boost monthly revenue for OnePort 365.
- Build and maintain a solid relationship with clients and liners in the industry while growing strategic relationship with partners and a network of ocean liners.
- Streamline and obtain favourable rates from OFAP (Import) from foreign Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) freight forwarders for freight destined to markets OnePort 365 have operations in.
- Develop an expert understanding of client’s needs and promote these in the delivery of our services via our platforms, championing the value of user-centred design to the business.

- Work closely with the commercial team to obtain favourable/special rates from liners (for re-sell via the OnePort 365 platform) for export cargo.
- Standardise and structure booking and rates sharing process with partners.
- Lead and provide direction on Ocean Freight (OFAP) Sales execution strategy.
- Set measurable goals for our product and services, that roll up into our portfolio success measures and value drivers. Constantly give reports on this to demonstrate progress against stated benefits.
- Drive engagement for the OFAP platform ecosystem to increase it by 40% quarterly.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to resolve issues with shipping lines, ports and container freight stations, and carriers.
- Work with every team across board to optimize client’s need and manage end-to-end transportation solutions.
- Manage the sourcing and provision of ocean freight products (OFAP) and other services to customers.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve on Ocean Freight (OFAP) procedures.
- Design and constantly review company process flows and continuously review to identify efficiency gains.
- Manage the design and implementation of our strategic priorities, ensuring that all teams involved are prioritising and delivering to achieve that goal.
