  • Recruit candidates. HR needs to understand the organization's needs and make sure those


    needs are met when recruiting for new positions. ...




  • Hire the right employees.




  • Develop structure and systems in line with service and products the company is promoting.




  • Establish administrative protocol and communication line and tailor employees geared towards productivity and sustainable growth




  • Process payroll with relevant dept.




  • Conduct disciplinary actions.




  • Update policies.




  • Maintain employee records.




  • Conduct benefit analysis.




  • Providing career growth.




  • Conduct training and continuing education programs to staff where needed




  • Training and supporting managers




  • Support health and wellness of staff




  • Create organisational structure and systems




  • Build and develop departments and tailor employees for management




  • Performance of growth Appraisals




  • DEVELOP Employee Benefit Management WITH RELEVANT DEPT




  • Total Quality Management.




  • To liaise with partners and firms in relation to resource and management




  • Ensuring effective procedures and processes are in place to improve the overall productivity of the company.




  • Being Accountable for managing and handling operational procedures and communication between business units, external and internal or as the case may be with the aim to achieve company's objectives.




  • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market.




  • Work with department head, managing projects and products in development with the aim to meeting development deadlines, requirements and go-to-market strategies




  • Initiates and manages relationships with partners.




  • Strengthening existing and new accounts. Other Functions:






  • Perform other duties as required to deliver exceptional service and to support business objectives.




  • Adhere to all Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
