Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our team. The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the company's assets, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's assets, employees, and customers.


• Lead and manage the company's security team, including security personnel, contractors, and third-party vendors.


• Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.


• Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and other security professionals to stay informed about security threats and trends.


• Implement physical security measures, including access controls, surveillance systems, and alarm systems, to protect company facilities and assets.


• Develop and implement security awareness and training programs for employees to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.


• Investigate security incidents and breaches, and implement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.


• Manage the company's emergency response and crisis management plans, including coordinating responses to security incidents and other emergencies.


• Stay informed about security technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to the company's security posture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


• Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant certifications preferred.


• Minimum of 9years of experience in security management or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
