Job Description

• As a Project Manager at Dotmac Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of fiber optic infrastructure projects.


• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering andnetwork operations,to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.


• Your leadership and project management expertise will drive the successful deployment and expansion of our fiber network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for fiber optic infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion.


• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.


• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met.


• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure project success.


• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.


• Manage resources effectively to optimize project delivery and resource utilization.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fiber optic or telecommunications industry.


• Strong understanding of fiber optic network design, construction, and deployment processes.


• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.


• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
