Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of IoT solutions aligned with client requirements and industry standards.


• Manage the entire lifecycle of IoT projects, from requirements gathering and system architecture design to prototyping, testing, and deployment.


• Keep abreast of emerging IoT technologies, trends, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our IoT capabilities.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in IoT technologies.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for IoT solutions.


• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept experiments to evaluate the viability and effectiveness of proposed IoT solutions.


• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations in all IoT projects and implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.


• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in embedded systems development, IoT, or related field.


• Proficiency in IoT protocols and standards, including MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, and LoRaWAN.


• Extensive experience with IoT hardware platforms, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).


• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their IoT services.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in IoT systems.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.


• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on IoT trends and advancements.
