Overview

• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners.


• This may include performing warranty services and emergency repairs. This may also include assisting with customers' queries.

Job Description

• Monitoring day to day activities of the Service Team


• Manage the department so that complaints OR routine services are done as per schedule & requirements.


• Meeting existing & new clients to get new service business.


• Maintaining records of service activities & billing. Also getting payments collected in time.


• Maintenance of tools and keeping proper records.


• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.


• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.


• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees


• Over 10 years of proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or supervisor


• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
