Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.


• Manage and optimize product launches in the Web3 space ensuring seamless go-to-market execution.


• Cultivate strong partnerships and collaborations within the blockchain and Web3 communities.


• Lead social media marketing campaigns, maximizing outreach and impact through platforms like Twitter Spaces.


• Drive community building initiatives, particularly around NFT engagements, to bolster brand loyalty and user interaction.


• Oversee project management aspects of new initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.


• Analyze market data to refine marketing activations and promotional tactics, focusing on integrations.

About You

• Proven experience in growth hacking and growth strategy implementation, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain environment.


• Strong background in Web3 gaming, with a solid understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and NFT ecosystems.


• Experienced degen with a native grasp of Web3 cultures and practices.


• Excellent project management skills, capable of leading diverse teams and projects under tight deadlines.


• Robust knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Web3 space.


• Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain partnerships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.


• Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving and marketing.


• You are an actual user - strong on-chain history, degen, mint NFTs, use DeFi protocols, etc.
