Responsibilities



  • Stock Management and Inventory

  • Distribution of materials when the needs arise.

  • Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.

  • Processing of all invoices for prompt payment

  • Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete

  • Up-to-date list of all store items/office supplies

  • Filling & documentation

  • Handling of email correspondence accordingly

  • Any other administrative responsibility assigned to perform daily


Requirement:s



  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other discipline.

  • Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.

  • 2-3 years experience in a reputable organization

  • Strong Organizational skills with problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • · Experience in office management software like

  • MS Office, Windows, and Exchange.

  • Good record-keeping/document-filing skills

  • Attention to details
