About the job

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day operational procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures, providing support to the operational teams.


• Assist in providing effective solutions to operational challenges and issues, collaborating closely with the Assistant QC Manager.


• Contribute to the training efforts within the operations department, ensuring that team members have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their tasks efficiently.


• Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures, working alongside the Assistant QC Manager to ensure adherence to guidelines and taking corrective actions when violations occur.


• Participate in the evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the reporting process, assisting the Assistant QC Manager in assessing operational performance.


• Support the creation and distribution of reports to relevant departments, helping to facilitate data-driven decision-making.


• Collaborate closely with the Assistant QC Manager to maintain a high level of productivity and quality within the Quality Control team while fostering team members' interpersonal development and cooperation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience


• Must be conversant with designing operational processes.


• Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, PowerBi, SQL etc.


• Quality experience in a supply chain and Logistics firm will be an added advantage.
