  • We are looking for an experienced Customer helpdesk team lead to provide excellent customer service.

  • You would be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating your team.

  • You would also be taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution.


Responsibilities



  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department

  • Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives.

  • Develop plans and targets for the customer service team

  • Analyze and interpret data relating to customer service effectiveness.


Education and Experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
