- We are looking for an experienced Customer helpdesk team lead to provide excellent customer service.
- You would be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating your team.
- You would also be taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives.
- Develop plans and targets for the customer service team
- Analyze and interpret data relating to customer service effectiveness.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
