Ensure the store is ready for sales at all times for productivity and operational efficiency in all areas of the business.
Develop business strategies to improve customers pool, expand store traction and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by interfacing with HR to train, motivate, mentor and also provide feedback to sales staff
Conduct and coordinate quarterly stock counts as well as every other adhoc counts in order to know the amount of stocks available and guide against shrinkage.
Ensure high level of customers satisfaction of the brand through an excellent services to be rendered at all times
Ensure discipline and compliance with the company’s Standard Operational Procedures (SOP’s) across board.
Ensure and maintain outstanding store condition and products merchandising standards
Ensure proper hygiene standard is maintained in line with industry standard requirement
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of company’s equipment in order to avoid misuse and save cost.
Carry out survey’s on new innovation in modern retail stores and also propose innovative ideas to senior management to increase market share.
Interface with third party vendor as may be required for partnership and business efficiency as assigned by senior management
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Interface with HR to conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Ensure smooth relationship between the company and stakeholders / regulatory bodies in the business
Deal with all issues that may arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Perform other task as may be assigned by Management.
Qualification
B.Sc / HND qualification with relevant years of experience
