JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Provide support to clients by responding to inquiries and resolution of querries via calls and social media platforms.

  • Build and and maintain positive relationships. 


QUALIFICATIONS



  • B.Sc. or it's equivalent in a related discipline

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Exel, Powerpoint).
