REQUIREMENTS

• OND in relevant degree.


• Proven experience as a Barman. 


• Must have basic accounting skills


• Must have entrepreneurial mindset. 


• Must have the ability to work independently. 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 


• Must be customer service oriented. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes.


• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.


• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.


• Supervise all activities going on in the Bar. 


• Stay updated on current trends in mixology and beverage culture, incorporating new techniques and ingredients into your creations.


• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
