Job Overview



  • Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our organization and expanding our reach in the healthcare sector.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue streams, fostering growth, and maintaining excellent customer relations.


Responsibilities



  • Communicating new services to both existing and prospective clients and advising or persuade clients about the advantages of our services.

  • Developing creative ideas and strategies to retain existing clients and contribute to the business growth of the hospital.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; follow up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings with clients as well as follow up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

  • Utilize various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to engage with clients and convey the value proposition of our client's services.

  • Devise creative ideas and strategies to retain existing clients and contribute to the overall business growth of the hospital.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and revenue generation.

  • Proactively follow up on new business leads and opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients to explore collaboration possibilities.


Requirements



  • B.Sc or equivalent in Business Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on healthcare business development experience.

  • Proficiency in market research and analysis for informed decision-making.

  • Good understanding of healthcare/hospital business and relevant technology and regulations.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Female candidates aged 25-40 are strongly encouraged to apply.
