As a Sales Executive at Afrione, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right electronic products to meet their needs.
Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they enter the store and engage them in friendly and informative conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest electronic products, features, and specifications to effectively communicate product benefits and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to promote products, offer product demonstrations, and provide recommendations based on their requirements.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Utilize your knowledge of the product range to cross-sell and up-sell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
Order Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration or related fields preferred
3+ years relevant work experience.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers.
Excellent product knowledge and a passion for technology and electronic gadgets.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
