Responsibilities

• Overseeing the functions of the bar and lounge, including set-up, staffing, and liquor checks.


• Hiring, training, supervising, directing, coaching, counseling, and evaluating staff in the bar and lounge.


• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.


• Assisting guests with any problems or needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Assigning and instructing bar and lounge staff in details of work.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND and OND qualification


• 2-3 years work experience.
