  • We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals aged between 18 and 25, with a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND), to join our team as Store Assistants.

  • The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities



  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing healthcare products and supplies in the store.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.

  • Assist customers in locating products, providing product information, and answering inquiries.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.

  • Assist in conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies or damages to management.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations and adhere to safety and security guidelines.

  • Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and assist in reconciling inventory records.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.


Requirements



  • Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).

  • Age between 18 and 25 years.

  • Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
