The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly. (Location: Cometstar Wire & Cables, Agbara, Lagos).

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate factory budgeting


• Schedule and monitor efficient production


• Ensure building and equipment maintenance is executed, and proper supervision of factory personnel such that production orders are completed timely in line with health and safety regulations, etc

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field


• 5+ years of experience


• Ability to multitask; develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
