Core responsibilities:

• Set plant goals and strategies to align with business objectives


• Manage the plant budget, resources, timelines, various teams and overall performance


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships


• Ensure and maintain the highest standards of quality control and safety compliance


• Provide training and guidance to technical and support personnel

Experience and Qualification

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, production technology or a related field. A master’s degree in management is an added advantage


• At least 8 years’ experience in engineering management, production or any related field


• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engineering projects and products


• Not less than 35 years and not more than 45 years of age
