Job Summary

• The Clinic technician is in charge of running eye investigations for patients and ensuring these tests are recorded in the patient’s files appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of equipments and investigations rooms.


• Maintaining and regulating testing equipment.


• Ensure patients investigations are done in a timely and accurate manner


• Ensure patients investigations are accurately documented and uploaded to the electronic record system.


• Complying with company policies and procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.


• Maintaining records of tests and communicating results to relevant parties.


• Safeguarding data and maintaining patient confidentiality.


• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, OND or a suitable equivalent.


• 0 - 1 year of work experience.


• Proficient knowledge of eye clinic equipment and machines (OCT, CVF, Pachymetry).


• Ability to learn fast on training.


• Knowledge of basic Microsoft office procedures.


• Proficient computer skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Excellent service and people skills.


• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
