Requirements
Interested candidates must have:
- University degree or Higher National Diploma in Medicine, Social Science, Public Health or other related fields.
- Advanced degree MPH preferred, MBBS, Nursing/Midwife, Public Health Nurse
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years post NYSC experience
- In-depth knowledge of AYP/PMTCT/Pediatrics issues related to HIV/AIDS, including prevention, treatment, and care.
- 5-9 years related experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring HIV/AIDS programs, with a focus on adolescents and young people
- Strong understanding of gender-responsive and rights-based approaches in adolescent health programming.
- Project management or program development experience.
- Specific technical expertise relevant to international public health
- Capacity to work in difficult conditions and function well under pressure
- Extensive international experience and experience in a developing country required
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Capacity to work in difficult conditions and function well under pressure
- Possess relevant industry experience in the non-governmental organization health programming sector.
