Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies to drive website and digital platform traffic, with a focus on increasing user engagement and conversion
Lead a team of traffic operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content, and product, to optimize traffic acquisition efforts and ensure alignment with business goals
Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and email, to drive targeted traffic and reach key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and analyze traffic performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to senior management
Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve the effectiveness of traffic acquisition campaigns and initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in traffic acquisition, digital advertising, and performance marketing, making recommendations for innovation and improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support traffic acquisition initiatives and drive business growth
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 6 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms is a plus
