• Our organization is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan analysis and management, with a passion for supporting small and medium businesses.


• In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding and mentoring SME businesswomen through the loan application process, as well as analyzing loan applications.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor women entrepreneurs through the loan application process, providing expert advice and support.


• Analyze loan applications, assessing financial viability, creditworthiness, and risk factors.


• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit histories.


• Evaluate collateral and other assets to determine loan eligibility and terms.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures.


• Provide ongoing support to loan recipients, monitoring loan performance and offering assistance as needed.


• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in loan analysis and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in loan analysis and management, preferably in a financial institution or microfinance setting.


• Strong understanding of financial principles, including credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending regulations.


• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting women entrepreneurs.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
