Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and establish new contacts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications are a plus.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, including knowledge of property types, market dynamics, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
