Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring smooth functionality within assigned responsibilities.


• Meet and exceed revenue targets established for the branch.


• Address and resolve escalations and emerging issues with lasting solutions.


• Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities to expand the client base.


• Ensure the branch is equipped with adequate resources necessary for daily operations, including personnel, materials, and equipment.


• Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals and branch targets.


• Deliver innovative content tailored to meet client needs.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities for expansion.


• Collaborate with sales and design teams to fulfill requirements such as sales quotas and profitability.


• Provide supervision and feedback to employees to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Conduct thorough analysis of external and internal data and prepare comprehensive reports.


• Evaluate company performance against predetermined objectives.


• Serve as a representative of the company in various events and conferences.
