Role Description

• This is a full-time Recovery Agent role, with the flexibility for some remote work.


• As a Recovery Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve debt collection, using analytical skills to assess financial situations, effective communication with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service.


• This is a hybrid role primarily located in Lagos, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-3 years experience.
