The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the Credit Bureau plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster strong relationships within the financial industry. Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in sales and business development approaches, staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Encourage creative thinking within the sales and business development teams.

  • Continuously assess and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies for optimal efficiency.

  • Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance sales operations.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales and business development success.

  • Present regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure all sales and business development activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

  • Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 12yrs Work Experience

  • 6 years of experience in senior leadership roles within marketing, sales, and business development.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful partnership development.

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market insights.

  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

  • Innovative mindset with a focus on driving creativity and continuous improvement.
