Job Description
We’re looking for a Field Officer, the ideal candidate will be someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be responsible for conducting field research, managing data, and writing reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers.
- Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options
- Solicit new business and maintain existing customer relationships
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of field operations.
- Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
- Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
- Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
- Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and subcontractors
- Oversee all field activities.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of (one) 1 year experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent management, organization, and problem-solving skills
