Job Description

• Originating equipment lease transactions through reputable platformers


• Provide advisory to platformers on general lease requirements


• Identify new businesses, foster relationships and lead initiatives that will expand market presence in the leasing industry


• Understanding credit analysis of prospective lease transactions and conducting initial equipment inspection and review


• Processing and verifying all information details supplied such as income, address etc during credit rating


• Price structuring for lease transactions


• Preparing of lease documentation


• Monitoring all repayments due


• Building a database of customers for cross-marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. A Masters Degree is a plus


• Member of ELAN, NIMN


• 7+ years relevant work experience.
