Description 

• As a Field Marketer, you will drive customer acquisition by promoting their lending products and services in Lagos and Abuja. You will execute strategic marketing initiatives, build relationships with potential clients, and conduct product presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to target areas in Lagos and Abuja for lead generation and sales


• Engage with prospective customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations


• Achieve sales targets and adhere to client acquisition KPIs


• Develop tailored lending solutions based on client needs


• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies


• Organize community events and workshops for brand awareness


• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competition


• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field


• 4+ years of experience in field marketing and sales in financial services


• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills


• Knowledge of the Nigerian lending landscape


• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment


• Self-motivated and results-oriented
